Brownie Mix

Ready to bake: BROWNIE MIX

Enjoy this delicious mix with addition
of water and oil to bake a batch of
classic chewy chocolate brownies:

Recipe:
500g Brownie mix, 145g
Water, 65g Oil

Method:
1.Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees
2. Add brownie mix to mixing bowl
fitted with a beater and mix on 1st
speed for 30 seconds.
3. Add the oil, and beat on 1st speed
for approximately 30 seconds.
4.Add the water and mix for I minute
on 1st speed, and scrape around the
bowl.
5. Add any additional inclusions (choc
chips etc) and Mix for a further 1
minute on 1st speed
6. Pour mix directly from mixing
bowl to a tray with grease proof
paper
7. Place in oven for approximately 35 minutes.

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour
(with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Fat
Reduced Cocoa Powder (6.5%), Dried Whole
Egg, Whey Powder (Milk), Modified Starch,
Dried Egg white, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed),
Emulsifiers (Lactic acid esters of Mono- and
diglycerides of fatty acids), Salt, Raising Agent
(Sodium bicarbonate)
