Ready to bake: PANCAKE MIX

Everything you need to make tasty
fluffy pancakes in your own home.

Recipe:
500g of ready to bake pancake mix,
2 eggs, I pint of buttermilk.

Method:
Pre heat griddle to a medium heat,
lightly coat in oil or sprinkle a small
amount of the pancake mix to the pan
to stop the pancakes from sticking.
Add 500g pancake mix to a bowl,
whisk in 2 eggs and 1 pint of
buttermilk. Continue to mix until you
have a nice smooth batter mix. Add
mix to a pouring jug and dispense
directly onto the griddle. Cook until
golden brown, and flip to cook the
other side. Serve accordingly.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Buttermilk, Sugar
Eggs, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Salt,
Raising Agents (Eçoo, E341, E450).
