Wheaten Bread Mix

Ready to bake: WHEATEN BREAD MIX

Everything you need to make perfectly
moist, wholesome wheaten bread at home.

Recipe (to make 1 whaten loaf):
500g of Wheaten bread mix, 1/2 pint
of buttermilk.

Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a loaf tin with butter/ oil or
use a sprinkling of our wheaten mix
to coat the bottom of the tin. Add
1/2 pint of buttermilk to a mixing
bowl, and slowly add in 500g of
wheaten bread mix at a steady pace.
We recommend using your hands to
mix this recipe! When done, you
should have a thick mixture. Sprinkle
a coating of this mix on your surface
and carefully knead your mix into a
loaf shape. Let the mix fill 3/4 of
the loaf tin as it will rise when
baking. Lastly place on the middle
shelf in the oven for *40-45 minutes
(only a guide, different ovens may require
less/ more time.)

Bran, Wheat Gluten, Flour (wheat flour,
calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), Raising Agents
(acid calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate:
Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable
(rapeseed) Salt, Raising Agent (E500),
(sulphites)
